Gated Compounds
The two gated compound has a total of 39 units that are each 1100 square feet that are laid out in an upper and lower flat format. Each apartment has two master rooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, a living area, and a front balcony. The units include backup power, smoke and carbon detectors, and fire extinguishers.
Amenities
Each apartment is fully furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, sofa set, dining set, beds & mattresses, pillows, clothes iron, hangers, washer & dryer, and television. All apartments come with Internet access, cable TV, water, and electricity (110v). Filtered hot and cold water supply, fully air-conditioned, personal safe, emergency panic button, and cooking gas.
Security & Cleaning
The apartments are located in gated compounds with 24 hours arm-security guard, security cameras, motion sensors on the parameter fences, and security lights. Secured parking and emergency panic button in each apartment. The compound is cleaned once per week with garbage collection and maintenance.
